FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where do you sell your pottery?
I sell on my webstore, and at art shows. I also have an Etsy store, but I don’t plan to use it anymore.
How often do you restock your shop?
I try to restock every 6-8 weeks.
Why should I subscribe to your email list?
Email subscribers get advance notice of all upcoming restocks. I also have subscribers’ only sales.
How can I see the sizes of your pieces?
I try to photograph the pieces next to a ruler, and also in my hand for a size reference.
Any tips on purchasing a piece?
-
Get to the site at the designated time.
-
Create an account in advance for faster checkout.
-
Check out as quickly as possible.
-
If you want more than one piece, I suggest you check out one item at a time. I will combine orders when possible, and refund any shipping overages. I generally won't ship more than 2 pieces in a box and large, XL plus sizes generally ship alone.
Are the items in my cart saved for me alone?
Unfortunately, no. A single piece of artwork can be saved in multiple carts, and is sold to the first person to complete checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship worldwide. Customer is responsible for all custom and duty taxes. Additional shipping charges may apply.
What type of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards and PayPal.
Do you show a preview of the pieces before the restock goes live?
Yes. I will show all the pieces on my webstore 1 day prior to the sale. They will be marked as Out of Stock until the time of sale.
Do you take custom orders?
Not at this time.
